Handle A Boyfriend Break Up With These Simple Tips

You have broken up with your boyfriend and feel like you can't continue on without him. If you have the desire to get your boyfriend back with you, you must take a close look at yourself. Decide if the relationship you had with him was really all that great and would it truly be a good idea to get him back.

Could it be its more important for you to just be with anyone instead of the actual person you were with? Maybe you have some love for him but he is just not the right guy for you. You must consider these points as you make up your mind. Do not rush into getting him back until you are absolutely sure it is right.

If you decide that it would be best to stay apart then there are things you can do to help you move on with your life. To help you realize that the relationship is really over you must reach some closure. You can finally heal from your break up at that point. Avoid letting your emotions get bottled up inside you or it may take you forever to move on. Below are some tips you can use to help get past this.

Seeing a therapist or counselor can help you move on by dealing with your emotions. You can discuss those things that may be difficult for you to talk to your family or friends about. Your counselor would also be impartial and not side with you or your ex and this can make it easier for you to talk.

If you do talk to your family or friends, make sure it is with someone that will listen to you. You don't want someone to just tell you to get over it and move on. You need someone that will be supportive of you and help you get through what you are dealing with.

Why not start a journal so you can write down your feelings? This would be another way to help release your emotions without having to talk about it with someone. Try writing some poetry as a way to express your feelings. Writing can be a great way to help you get over your ex.

If your ex boyfriend still has some of his stuff at your house it would be best to get it out of your sight. Every time you look at it you are reminded of him. If he does not take it away store it in a box and put them away where you won't see them every day. In the future after you get over your ex being gone you can bring out the items that you would like to keep around.

Last but not least get out and have fun. Spend time with your family and friends and enjoy yourself. If you just stay home thinking negative thoughts it will eat away at you and make you sick. You have to think about you and carry on with life. There are many more guys out there and one of them may really be the one for you.

The Article About How to Choose Real Estate Investments

If you have saved more and you are thinking of investing, but not sure if you want to choose and enter the challenging, yet one of the most rewarding businesses of all times which is the real estate business, let me give you few reasons why you should choose investing.

Real estate investments are powerful and stable.
Our economy's condition is uncertain nowadays and climate investors are searching for properties and assets that possess power and stability. Property investments have the power to produce wealth and have the power to avoid inflation.

Real estate investments have stability. This means that as the time goes by, investments can produce wealth no matter how serious the economy is and this points us to the next reason which is to

Multiply income. You will have the chance to multiply your investment capital. Just for example, you bought a home for $50,000 and spend another $10,000 for improving the condition of the home; this means that you spent $60,000 for that home. But then, you were able to sell at $120,000. This means to say that your profit earned is $60,000!! Isn't that incredible? This already happened to more numbers of investors

Rewarding. As I said earlier, the business is one of the most rewarding businesses. It does require a lot of works but one thing is sure. It pays well. A lot of people have found their financial freedom through real estate business.

Long term investments. You're maybe one of those people who want security when they retire. An investment is one best way to achieve that security. It is like a fund that you can use anytime. You can sell it or rent it out. But I must say. A lot of investors go for rental properties because as the rent prices rarely decrease.

Asset base. When you have an investment property, you can use it to make loans such as car loan, any personal loan, or even a new home loan!

These are just some of the tremendous advantages that an investment can do for you. It is a proven way to go up. It needs hard work, but pays well in the end! If you think you are up for long-term investments, real estate investments would be a great choice! If you follow these steps you will find that is process is easier than you think.

The Best Investment Books

Some great investing books have been written, but many of the best have been written about the world of investing in stocks and shares. Indeed my favourite investor of all time was a man named Benjamin Graham, who really pioneered the concept of value investing. Two of his books make my top three, along with works about Warren Buffet, arguably the most successful investor of all time.

The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham

This book was first published in 1949 and remains my favourite investment book of all time. Various new editions have been published over time, with updated commentary- the most recent edition with commentary by Jason Zweig helps bring Grahams value investing principles into the 21st century.

The Intelligent investor teaches important principles about how contrarian value investors should behave. By far the most important lesson in the book is Graham's margin of safety- you should only buy shares that are significantly undervalued, so that you have given yourself a relatively wide margin for error. Another important lesson he preaches is not to listen to markets- he makes a very good analogy of a man named Mr. Market who comes into your office every day and ask if you want to trade with him. Sometimes Mr. Market is deliriously optimistic and offers you high prices, which you should consider accepting, whilst on other times Mr. Market is very pessimistic and offers you very little- essentially Graham is saying you should value your investments yourself, not to rely on what the market tells you they are worth.

Security Analysis by Benjamin Graham and David Dodd

If you are fairly new to investing then this probably isn't the book for you- think of it as a more in depth version of the Intelligent Investor. However there is a lot more material on offer, including a more detailed section on bond investing, as well as talking about the possibility of intelligently investing in speculative stocks. If you are going to read any book on investing, read the Intelligent Investor, but once you have, Security Analysis is well worth a read.

The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the business of life by Alice Schroeder

Warren Buffett is one of the most successful investors of all time and he is also one of the richest men in the world- this man's investment approach is worth knowing! Alice Schroeder put a painstaking amount of research into Buffett and his investment techniques when writing this book. However this is largely a biography of Buffet's career- it has a fountain of information that is invaluable for investors, but best serves as an introduction to Buffett. If you want to find out about Warren Buffett's investing philosophy in detail, then you can have a look at the Berkshire Hathaway website and read his letters to shareholders- gold dust for value investors. Although these are my personal favourites, there are plenty of other great investing books to read- Books by Jim Slater, Anthony Bolton and Charlie Munger are also good for growth and value orientated investors.

NAS Vs SAN Comparison

NAS and SAN may only contain the same letters but they are in fact completely different types of storage systems. SAN is a storage area network, while NAS is a network attached storage. Both usually use some type of RAID and are connected to a network, but the difference between SAN and NAS is that, a NAS is a storage device which operates on data files, whereas SAN is a local network of multiple devices which operate on disk blocks.

Most of the computer systems can be connected to the Local Area Network (LAN) would use CIFS, Samba, AFP, protocols to get connected to a NAS for retrieval of data. In order to connect to a SAN, a SCSI Fibre Channel infrastructure is required that may consist of Fibre Channel Switch, and a Fibre Channel Card on the client side.

An administrator of a home or small business network is capable of connecting a NAS device to their Local Area Network. The NAS retains its own IP address comparable to computer and other TCP/IP devices. By installing additional NAS devices to the network, you can increase the storage capacity. Every NAS retains its independent characteristics of operability.

If you are managing a bigger network and may need a lot of space and fast transfer rates for your centralized storage, you may want to opt for an installation of a single SAN, which may offer the expected scalability and higher performance. one important thing to remember when deciding on the SAN or NAS environment, is that SAN is a much more expensive technology that requires each client to have a Fibre Channel Cards as well as a centralized Fibre Channel Switch.

The SAN's storage usually consists of several large arrays of high-speed SAS disks spinning from 10 to 15K rpm, although now some companies starting to use solid-state disks in some cases where performance and energy saving are priorities and money is no object. Typically, SAN is used for mission-critical environment, such as databases, Video Editing, and graphics design, where reliability and performance are key.

As Internet technologies like TCP/IP and Ethernet have advanced over the years, so has the NAS technology. Some SAN products are making the transition from Fibre Channel to the same IP-based approach as NAS uses. With the rapid improvements in disk storage technology, today's NAS devices now offer capacities and performance that were once only attainable by SAN. These two industry factors have led to a partial convergence of NAS and SAN approaches to network storage.

Many companies like NetApp, EMC, Isilon, Omenon MeidaGrid offer various types and combinations of high availability, high bandwidth NAS/SAS environments, that many corporations and broadcast television stations use on the daily bases. Again each one has its pros and cons, but I will not go in to the specifics at this point.

Backup Strategies

Most people know about the need to backup your data but what is the best way to do it. Today we shall take a look at some different strategies and the advantages and disadvantages of each.
Having a Server
Using a server to backup your data has long been established as a sound way to store your backups and for good reason - it keeps all your backups in one place and is easy to manage. You set up the scheduled backup and leave it to it. It is not all rosy though. There is the price of the windows software (unless you set up a Linux server) and if the server crashes you could use everything.
Pros - easy to manage, backups all in one place.
Cons - price of Windows software (although can be set up on Linux), backup is on site so if the building catches fire (for example) then you lose everything.
External USB hard drives
External hard drives are a good way to back up your data especially as they can be taken off premises (or at least placed away from the main system). They are cheap too which makes them very attractive. One big downside though is lack of automation. Yes you can still schedule a backup on your computer but you need to remember to plug in your hard drive at the specified time. If you have more than one system then this can take up valuable time. If you chose not to schedule a backup but instead do it manually, you have to remember to do it everyday and how many people would be able to remember that (yours truly included).
Pros - cheap, can be taken offsite.
Cons - not automated, brings the 'human factor' into the backup strategy where things get forgotten, can be lost.
There was a time when everyone was using these (me included) but as amounts of storage increased the shear number of DVD's / CD's required to backup all your data just got huge. For example it would take 24 DVD's to backup 100Gb of data!!
Pros - cheap, can be taken off site.
Cons - numbers involved to backup your data will just become huge, can be scratched and lost, not automated either.
Cloud Storage
The cloud is one of the buzz words floating around the IT world at the moment and one of the main points is online storage. You upload your data to servers located somewhere else in the world. The main advantage of this approach is that your data is stored away from your premises. You are able to access your data at any time and you save in hardware costs. The main disadvantages are that that you would have no control about the security that your data will receive (although these companies will have loads of security protocols that they must follow) and the monthly subscription to keep your data safe.
Pros - no extra hardware or software costs, data is kept away from your premises, automated.
Cons - possible security issues, monthly subscription charges, someone else looking after your data
NAS boxes
NAS stands for Network Attached Storage. These are boxes which can hold two or more hard drives that are attached directly to your network. They basically act like file servers without the expensive software costs.
Pros - relatively cheap, hard drives can be easily swapped and taken off site, backups can be automated.
Cons - additional hardware costs, if hard drives are not changed then your data is still on your premises.

How to Change Your Wireless Encryption

Most people know that you need to keep your wireless network secure but how many people know how to check their wireless encryption and maybe even increase it? This tutorial will show you how to access your router, view your existing settings and increase your level of encryption.
Before we start a few words on the different types of encryption. There are basically 4 different types of encryption - WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK and EAP. Home users only need to worry about the first 3 whereas EAP will only apply to businesses with a Radius server. Almost all routers and WAP's (wireless access points) by default only come with WEP or even no encryption whatsoever. WEP has some pretty big security failings and can be easily broken using tools off the internet in no time whatsoever!!! WPA is much better but WPA2 is, at the moment, virtually unbreakable. EAP requires a radius server which centralises all access attempts but this is not covered in this tutorial.
Ok open up a browser and type one of the addresses below which corresponds to your router in the address bar. For example mine would be
You will then be asked for the router login details. If this is the first time that you have accessed your router then use one of the passwords below. If you have accessed your router before and changed the login details then use those.
Sky username = admin, password = sky
BT username = admin, password = admin
Orange username = admin, password = admin
Talktalk username = admin, password = password
Virgin username = virgin, password = password
Next thing to do is locate the wireless settings. Once located you should be able to determine what type of encryption you have and what the key is. Make sure that you have the highest form of encryption available for your router (either WPA or WPA2) and that your key is made up of both letters and numbers. Keep a record of your encryption key in a safe place for future reference. Before you leave the router settings change the admin login and again keep a copy in a safe place for future reference.
